In this meeting, we will discuss the history of your company, your vision, and where you would like to take your company. We will also discuss the message that you would like to send your customers and prospects. We will also talk about what your goals are, and what you would like to accomplish with our graphic design services. During the meeting I will be making in-depth notes regarding everything that we talked about, so that they can be referred to during the design process.
During the initial meeting, we will also go over your budget for each project, and we will determine if we can meet your needs based on your budget. I will do my absolute best to meet your needs, in an affordable, reasonable manner, delivering a design solution that you can be proud of.
A Written Estimate
Before work is initiated, a complete, written estimate will be delivered. I will always meet your design needs on time and within your budget. You will know ahead of time what you will be charged, the time frame, and your payment due dates. There are no hidden fees, and everything is laid out in writing.
The Design Process
During this process, the design will be created in stages. Depending on the project, a mockup, or a representation will be presented, showing the overall direction the project will be going. Depending on the project, this could be a sketch, or a quick mock-up of the design concept. Once the design is approved, then the actual design will be created. We will have quick meetings at different increments during the project, including a final meeting where minor details are reviewed to ensure absolute satisfaction in my services. This insures that you get the look you want and a design that you will be proud of.
